At Lowbrow Customs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
