With a set of Finned Exhaust Flanges for Harleys from Lowbrow Customs, you can keep that super sick exhaust in place while adding a classy detail to your scoot! Our Finned Exhaust Flanges are designed to flow nicely with the fins on your engine. They are CNC'd out of 6061-T6 aluminum, and at 3/8" thick (.375"), they do a stellar job of keeping your exhaust tight against the head without warping or cracking. Made in the USA.

These fit a huge amount of bikes: 1984-2025 Harley Big Twin (Evo, Twin Cam, M8) and 1986-2022 Sportster (Except Revolution Max). It is possible you might need to lightly clearance the flange a bit on an exhaust with a really tight bend (like the rear pipe on a set of Lowbrow Shotgun Exhaust Pipes), but as they are aluminum this is easily achieved with a file, die grinder or dremel.

We recommend replacing your exhaust studs and nuts with a new Colony Machine #2188-4 Exhaust Port Studs Kit. For one, it looks way better, instead of using your crusty stock stuff. Plus, it helps ensure you don't snap off a crusty, rusty exhaust stud when working on your bike in the future. If you are changing out your pipes be sure to snag a new set of Harley exhaust gaskets while you are at it.
